Go to Sign In and look for the line that says, “Not signed up yet? Create an account here”. Fill in your email and create your password. You will then be asked to create a short profile.
A profile is necessary before you can request for meetings. It helps the community (especially our creators) in getting to know you.
When you make a request, you will be asked to enter a contribution amount. This is like a virtual gift that you can send to support your favourite creators on the platform.
Simply enter the amount of rubies that you would like to contribute. Ruby is virtual currency that creators can convert for real money (1,000 rubies = 1 SGD)
The payment method allows us to charge the contribution amount when your request is accepted. There will be no charge if your request is unsuccessful.
Your card information will be fully encrypted and secured by our partner Stripe.
Just sit back and wait for the creator to respond to your request. You can check the latest status or cancel the request via your Account anytime.
If the creator accepts your request, the status in your account will be updated from Pending to Accepted. We will also notify you instantly via SMS and email.
Yes, but cancellation charges will apply.
If you cancel early (more than 5 hours before the meeting), 50% of the contribution amount will be refunded to you.
If you cancel late (less than 5 hours before the meeting), there will unfortunately be no refund.
When you’re banned by a creator, you will not be able to send a meeting request to the creator anymore. The ban record will also be visible to other creators.
This is a non-reversible action. Please be considerate and respectful in all your interactions, on or off League of Nova to avoid being banned.
If you’ve been the victim of a crime or feel you’re in immediate physical danger, it’s important that you contact your local law enforcement for help as soon as possible.
To report a serious incident that took place off the platform involving another League of Nova member, please write to us directly via email@example.com.
